I just encountered my first customer support experience via text messaging.  It was with Thumbtack's help desk. It was easy to do and I didn't have to be tethered to a web browser chat box.

Sorry for any confusion, but yes, last night I changed the name of my business from Montgomery Bookkeeping to Montgomery Business Solutions. It only took me two hours to change all of my marketing settings.
